End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Brandon Phillips governing your use of the Flash Snooker software.
By installing, accessing, or using Flash Snooker, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
License Grant
Brandon Phillips grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Flash Snooker on devices you own or control, in accordance with this agreement.
- You may install and use the software on supported devices.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.
- You may not use the software for commercial purposes.
- You may not allow third parties to use the software on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
Flash Snooker and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Brandon Phillips. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all content and behavior associated with your account. Abuse, harassment, cheating, impersonation, or attempts to bypass moderation systems may result in suspension or permanent bans.
- No abusive or offensive language
- No cheating, stat manipulation, or match fixing
- No impersonation of staff or other players
- No attempts to bypass filters or restrictions
Termination
This agreement is effective from your first use of the software and continues until terminated. It may be terminated immediately if you violate any term of this agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
